Serge Thill, MBA (Open)
Owner
Serge's primary field of interest and expertise is gender balance. He is a member of several gender balance working groups. Serge is deeply convinced that it is not only a question of women's rights, but a strategically important question for organizations and for our society to achieve genuine partnership between women and men and a level balance between the feminine and the masculine in decision-making and in running of all our affairs.
Serge coaches women in management and female entrepreneurs helping them to be successful in a world that is still strongly shaped by masculine thinking, without giving up their feminine wisdom. He also works with organizations that seek to acknowledge, reduce and eliminate the barriers that hinder women on their career path.
Possessing an analytical mind, never content with superficial or evasive explanations, Serge is interested in human communications and, through meaningful conversations, help people grasp their purpose and potential and choose their very own path. An enthusiastic musician, he both values and uses intuition and the dynamics of artistic and creative human interaction.
25 years of management experience in the finance industry made him deeply aware of complex organizational issues and of the urgent need for organizations to learn and develop more respectful and therefore more effective relationships with the women and men working for them.
Serge holds an MBA from the Open University Business School, is an accredited Cultural Transformation Tools® consultant and has been a member of the European Baha'i Business Forum since 1995.
