Executive Coaching 

Executive coaching is the most effective tool for the professional development of strategists, decision-makers and leaders in today's world.

Executive coaching is a triangular agreement between the organization, the coachee and the coach. We start from a shared understanding and a shared commitment identifying those areas where the coachee will benefit form further development.

The coachee must be totally confident that the content of coaching sessions will not be disclosed to the organization - neither during, nor after the coaching process. The organization must be able to monitor the outcome of the process in a reasonable timeframe. Therefore, the duration of the process will be mutually agreed and followed by a transparent evaluation.
