Coaching for Women Managers
The "gender balance question" is high on organizations' agendas. Anti-discrimination laws and regulations provide a framework that strives to give women the same opportunities to get a meaningful job, to have a meaningful career and to reach out for decision-making positions as is possible for men. Companies who continue to discriminate against women do so at the risk of costly lawsuits and reputation damage.
Equal opportunities are also a question of justice. No one can seriously maintain that women should not be granted the same rights as men. Gender balance is all this but in truth it is much more. It is a strategically important question for organizations and for our society. We wish to support this argument with three main reasons:
- The Talent Gap.
- Understanding Client's Needs
- An increasing need for balanced decision making
